This new commercial for The Sheffield Institute for the Recording Arts features unscripted testimonials from actual students and alumni. Talking about our video and recording arts programs, the students tell us why they chose Sheffield and what it has done for them. Try not to leave your computer smiling after this one. Professional skateboarder, Bucky Lasek, stops by Sheffield for a commercial shoot. With energy to spare, Lasek is nice enough to hang around and let a few current students and recent grads from the VideoWorks program film him in action. Watch as the students get original footage, recording one of professional skateboarding’s most friendly talents. Thank you Bucky…. VERY COOL! Soundtrack by SIRA audio graduate Biz. Watch “Circles” performed by “All Time Low.” Shot at our recording arts college, on Sound stage D, this video was directed and edited by Video Works student Matt Grube.
