Alumni Stories - Bill Baker

Bill Baker grew up in Baltimore. In 1997  he moved to New York where he worked as an actor and a musician for 12 years. In the summer of 2011, he decided to put his love of music and performance into use as a broadcaster. After researching and visiting multiple schools, he settled on the Sheffield Institute for the Recording Arts. Why? They had the best equipment and program to fit his needs. Also, a gut feeling.

As of March 2012, Bill is an on air talent (disc jockey) for WAFY Key 103 in Frederick, MD. He will also be interning this summer on the assignment desk at WBAL-TV in Baltimore.
